Privacy policy

1. Controller

The controller of personal data of SplatManager (splatmanager.com) users is [COMPANY NAME / FULL NAME, ADDRESS, TAX ID]. Contact for data matters: support@splatmanager.com.

2. Data we process

Account data: e-mail address, name (nickname) and hashed password, or a sign-in identifier from an external provider (e.g. Discord, Google) if you use one.

Game data: club, players, tactics, results, transfers, badges, in-game messages.

Chat messages, reports and moderation decisions.

Technical data: IP address, request times and browser information in server logs, for security and debugging.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Creating and running your account and providing the game – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the contract, i.e. the terms).

Security, abuse prevention, chat moderation and legal claims – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).

Answering support messages – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Service notices (e.g. changes to the terms) are part of the contract. We do not send marketing without your consent.

4. Recipients

Data is stored by processors acting on our behalf: Supabase Inc. (database and sign-in, servers in the EU – Ireland) and Hetzner Online GmbH (application server, Germany).

Any transfer outside the European Economic Area is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell data or share it with advertisers.

5. What other players see

Other players see your club name, your nickname next to chat messages, results, squad and stats. Your e-mail address is never shown.

6. Retention

Account and game data – until the account is deleted. Chat messages – up to 12 months. Server logs – up to 30 days.

After deletion your club returns to computer control and personal data is erased unless we must keep it to defend legal claims.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port your data and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to support@splatmanager.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in Poland: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

8. Cookies and browser storage

We only use strictly necessary cookies: sign-in session and security. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Browser storage (localStorage) keeps settings such as sound volume and dismissed announcements. You can clear it in your browser settings.

9. Age

You must be at least 16 to create an account. Younger users need consent from a parent or guardian.

10. Changes

We will announce changes in the game. Version of 2026-10-31.
